You can get your day off to a good start with a generous buffet
breakfast of products from the Alto Adige, the aroma of freshly made
coffee, fruit juice with lots of vitamins, various kinds of tea, and a
rich "Vital" corner, tasty cold cuts and a delicious variety of crusty
bread, jam and other spreads.
The best of Alto Adige cuisine with a hint of Mediterranean
influence will even make your kids forget about chips: that is the
cuisine at our Hotel Tschurtschenthaler, which is highly
appreciated because we use exclusively fresh local produce and, on
request, we can prepare vegetarian or gluten-free dishes. Every
day you can choose from a 5-course menu and, once a week, all our guests
are invited to a gala dinner with attention to the slightest deals. Our
fine meals are accompanied by wines from our well-stocked cellar.
